Majesty 2 Developer Diary Launches on IGNSecond Installment of Fantasy RTS Currently in Development Today's entry specifically discusses the evolving “motivation” system within the game and the changes to the level of fear and courage in the game's heroes. Alexey Kozyrev writes, “Each class has its own attitude towards life. For example, the Thieves want money, but that motivation is compensated by a high level of cowardice. They are the first to look for a reward, but will also be the first to desert on the battlefield. Paradox Interactive Announces Its Entrance into Mobile GamingMobile Versions of Hearts of Iron & Majesty2 Confirmed NEW YORK-December 4, 2008 - Paradox Interactive today announced that the company is developing mobile versions of the well known franchises Hearts of Iron and Majesty. The games will be fully playable across all mobile platforms, including the iPhone. This marks the first time Paradox Interactive has developed games for the mobile platform. “We decided to enter the mobile space after considering feedback from our fanbase,” said Fredrik Wester, executive vice president of Paradox Interactive. “With the release of these titles on the mobile platform, our fans will be able to enjoy Hearts of Iron and Majesty on the go. We look forward to developing more of our titles for the mobile platform, so our fans can play Paradox games wherever they are.” Paradox, widely known for their strategy PC titles, is in the midst of preparing for a successful 2009. They are currently developing several PC titles, including the anticipated PC sequel for Majesty- The Fantasy Kingdom Sim and the third installment of Hearts of Iron on the PC.
