Guilds are built by the King’s decree (i.e., by the player’s order). Before proceeding with the construction of some guilds, the kingdom’s capital may need to reach a certain level of development. Each of these buildings has several upgrade levels, and after each upgrade, not only does the look of the building change, but its capabilities increase, as do the capabilities of the guild’s heroes.
Heroes learn new spells and abilities from their guilds. After a new ability or a spell is learned, each member of the guild can use that ability or spell. Each hero do not have to visit the guild in order to learn new the ability or spell.
If a guild or a temple is destroyed, their heroes continue their journey until it is time for them to return to the guild for a rest. When they see there’s no guild to return to, they go to the King’s palace and stay there until the King (the player) builds another guild or temple for them.
